All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
So Melted Co. ships within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
So Melted Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may not be replaced or refunded.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once products have been opened or used. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, tested, or used lace adhesives, Skin Guard, Melting Spray, or other hair/beauty products.

A description of the issue
Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
If the issue is confirmed, So Melted Co. may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
PRODUCT & STORAGE
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep products properly closed when not in use. Keep out of the reach of children.
Patch Test Recommended: Everyone’s skin is different. Patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs
